Thank you for booking your group with the Portland Pickles, we are looking forward
to having you out at the ballpark! We will do everything in our power to ensure that
you and your group have a great experience. Please read the following carefully as some policies have changed:
Location: Walker Stadium is located at Lents Park on SE 92nd Ave, and your group
tickets will be available at the Will Call Gate at the stadium, unless previously coordinated otherwise. The representative of the group can pick up the tickets and then divide amongst the group. If your group wants to provide a list of attendees, we can distribute that way at Will Call as well (with at least 7 days notice)
Parking: There is street parking located around the stadium.
Your Group Area: If anyone in your group needs help finding the location of your group area, any members of the Portland Pickles staff can help assist you. Your group area is listed on this map.
Food: If your group ordered food it will be in the group area, it will arrive at the
scheduled time of delivery. Times range anywhere from an hour prior to
game time to the time of first pitch. Pre ordered food cannot be changed or substituted on-site.
Merchandise: Check out our merch booth located near the entrance, to rep your Pickles with pride for the game! All groups will receive a 10 percent merchandise discount during their game! Show your group ticket to the cashier to receive the discount.
Foul/ Errant Balls: PLEASE be on the lookout at all times. Although the risk is low, we encourage all fans to be actively facing the field to avoid any accidents.
Beer Tokens: If the group has purchased adult beverage tokens, those can be
cashed in at any of the stands that sell adult beverages, all OLLC laws will still apply. Tokens are only valid on the evening of your group event.
Setting up a Tab: Our bartenders are able to set up a tab for your group by swiping card at bar.
PA Announcement: Your group will be announced over the loud-speaker at some point during the game (if requested through Kevin)
Changes to Reservation: Changes will only be permitted to the reservation if the game is more than 7 days away.
Requested changes regarding number of tickets or pre ordered items prior to 7 days out can be refunded in future ticket credit only.
If your reservation is within 7 days, we cannot offer a refund of tickets, or difference in value of those who don’t show up.
Issues: If there are any issues at anytime at the ballpark, please contact Kevin who will be working the Will Call gate at the stadium, and for any other related issues contact our General Manager, Ross Campbell or ask a staff member for either.
