Pickles Finish 2019 Season On Winning Note

The 2019 season has come to an end but not before the Pickles were able to get in the win column one last time, with a 6-1 win over Cowlitz in the rubber game of the series. It was a true showing of Pickles baseball we love, excellent pitching mixed in with some timely offense. Justin Kelly got the ball rolling with solid innings in the starter role, followed by Pickle newcomer Nolan McCarthy, Colin Suter, Joel Casillas, and Nicholas Lopez. That lineup combined to only surrender 5 hits and one run along with 9 strikeouts. The Pickles were led on offense by a trio of two hit games from John Jensen, Chase Luttrell, and Thomas Rudinsky, along with a 3 RBI day from Gabe Skoro. The Pickles finish the 2019 summer with a record of 24-29, and finished second in the south division for the second half. We will see you guys in 2020! Go Pickles!
