Bangers and Cherry Bombs Move to Lents Park!

A NEW HOME, A NEW ERA: BANGERS AND CHERRY BOMBS FC MOVE TO LENTS FOR 2026 SUMMER

Our friends the Portland Bangers and Portland Cherry Bombs are officially finding a summer home in Southeast Portland. Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R), in collaboration with the Portland Pickles and COLLiDE Sport, are thrilled to announce that Lents Field @ Lents Park, will host a 13-game season for the Portland Bangers FC (USL League Two) and the brand-new Portland Cherry Bombs FC (USL W League) for the 2026 season.

Located right next to our iconic Walker Stadium, Lents Field is going to be transformed to a one-of-a-kind soccer expierence from May through July. This seasonal takeover brings pre-professional-level soccer to the heart of the Lents neighborhood, creating a premier sports destination for the city’s most passionate fans.
